Bob Seldon is a professional, honest, hard working, and innovative person.
He does what he says he'll do and more. He has done almost all the leg
work in sub-dividing our property and dealing with the Historic Society of
Jacksonville, Oregon. He did this with two separate pieces of property! He
has helped by attending meetings, getting approvals, negotiating and putting
together proposals that would satisfy the needs of all involved. He has
also made important suggestions to improve the sale of the property. Where
work was needed he even got bids and lined up vendors/contractors to get the
work done quickly and economically.



All in all he has done a fine job and we would highly recommend him to
anyone!
