Bob Seldon & Associates, LLC is an independent “boutique” Real Estate brokerage business.  You will work with Lisa and myself directly - all of the way through your transaction(s) – not a staff of inexperienced “sales” or “assistant” type people…    “Personal yet Professional Service” is not just a slogan, it is our lifestyle!   We are purposely low-volume and high-service, yet priced competitively! 

In addition to brokerage (buying and selling), we do Consulting, have done complete home-site applications including site layout & drawings on resource zoned land, and have even successfully partitioned land in the Historic Core of Jacksonville (which was no small feat!!!)

I have earned the NAR (National Association of Realtors) designations of: ABR, Accredited Buyer’s Representative; CRS, Council of Residential Specialists; and GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute – which cumulatively are held by less than 3% of Realtors nationwide!  I am also active in the Community and was President of The Rotary Club of North Medford 2006—2007.

After 30+ years running a successful yacht brokerage business exceeding the expectations of some very demanding clientele, and 10+ years locally as a Real Estate Broker, I am keenly aware that what I bring to the table is experience, integrity, knowledge and time - it is your money, your needs and goals, your property!
